Pictures of Chuck!

These pictures are not recent, but I forgot to post pictures of Chuck! He is now about nine months old and HUGE! I don't even try to pick him up. He is the biggest chicken of a dog! He is too scared to jump into the back of the truck and he runs from cows even though he is more than half their size and they are just curious of him, not chasing him. He is too smart for his own good! We have had to put in a zip-line for him to run on because he has found every possible way to get out of the yard and into the yard. He has opened and closed gates, opened windows and jumped through screens, and found every possible way to get over, under and through the fence around our yard (as if a half acre isn't enough room to run around!). Actually, the top picture is only about a month ago, so this is really how big he is... massive and still growing. But we love him anyway!

Big news!

And now for the third and final post of the day!
Devin and I have recently found out that I am pregnant!!! The baby is due July 23, 2009. I have had several doctor visits, and three ultrasound so far and everything is going good. At the first ultrasound visit I was told that the amniotic fluid was too low, so I had to drink LOTS of fluids. But all is good now.
Corey has learned how to say "bebe", but I don't think he quite understands that mommy is having a baby. Devin and I are very excited! I am still a little nervous, but I feel better that the doctors are monitoring me so closely.
I just love this holiday season and I hope that all of you are able to enjoy the spirit of the season. I also hope that you all have a great Christmas.

More Pictures!

This was a fun day! We just kept it small, my parents, Bronson, and Devin's parents were the only ones that came. We took him to the store and let him pick out his gift. I almost think that Devin had more fun with this whole birthday thing than Corey did! Devin made the "cake". I sent him to the store and he came back with Twinkies, a tube of black frosting, the "1" candle, and strawberry topping. It actually turned out really good and it looked quite interesting! I can't believe that it has been more than a year!!

Pictures

This is Corey's first fishing trip. He slept most of the time, but Devin and I had fun!
New teeth!
Smile!
Corey fell asleep in his jumper. I couldn't resist taking a picture!
This is Corey's first time swimming. He had a lot of fun splashing around after he got past the initial cold shock!

Well, I figured out the new camera...finally!! So I have a lot of pictures to post. More are coming.

Update

I just wanted to give everyone an update. Corey is now almost ten months old. He just gets cuter by the day!! He is now able to crawl, whistle, sit up alone, pull himself up to kneeling and standing, and walk with help. He is also sprouting his first tooth! I can see a little white spot in his gums (now it makes sense that he's been so grumpy). He is almost always smiling and he jsut love his daddy! Since he learned to crawl he hasn't stopped. It is a lot of fun to see all of the different stages and how he grows.
We also have another addition to the family. Chuck is our St. Bernard puppy who is bigger than any puppy should be! We have had him about two months and is about four months now. I think he weights about fifty pounds now, but I haven't put him on the scale. I just know that when he tries to jump on me he nearly knocks me down! I will post pictures of both him and Corey when I get them to my computer.
I hope that all is well with you all.

A few more pictures

Since most of you never got to see me when I was pregnant, here you go! This was taken about three weeks before Corey was born.
This was taken in December of 2007 when we came to AZ for Christmas. This trip was the first time that most of my family had seen Corey.
He's crashed out!
This was Corey's first Christmas, taken December 2007.

Some of my favorite pictures

When we visited Arizona for Christmas Devin and Corey decided to take a nap. They were so cute that I couldn't resist taking a picture. The other is of one of Corey's first smile we caught on camera. This was also taken in December of 2007.

Still alive

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to let you all know that we are still alive. Things have been so busy with work and school that I haven't had much time to say much on here.
We are back in Eagar and enjoying it. I love being around our families again, and not being around the snow and ice of Rexburg (or as some call it, Iceberg)!!
Anyway, I just discovered the button to add pictures, so I'm going to post a few of my favorites.

A Big Move

Well, it is official... Devin, Corey and I will be moving to Arizona in the next few days. Devin will be working and I will stay at home with Corey and try to finish my associate's degree online through BYU-I. Devin is going to manage a manufactured home business for his dad. We are both excited for the new adventures that are to come!

Healthy as a horse!

Corey has had the surgery and is now doing great! He gave us quite a scare. His surgery was scheduled for Wednesday January 9, 2008. The Monday before (the 7th) Devin called me at work and told me to come home right away because Corey needed to go to the doctor. Corey's hernia had gotted bigger than his foot and had gotten really hard and turned black. Corey was crying and screaming like he'd never done before. We took him to the doctor right away. He was admitted to the hospital that afternoon. We stayed the night at the hospital and Corey's surgery was done the next evening (the 8th). The doctor and all of thechnicians kept saying they couldn't believe how big the hernia was, so it's no wonder that Corey was so miserable! Corey seems to be feeling much better after just over a week. He is still getting the RSV shot once a month. This is all of the recent news for the family right now. We hope that life settles down soon!
